Irrefutable records including videos, recordings (according to state and federal laws), electronic communication, camera surveillance, pics, police reports, public records, etc. support these truths.
Anyone on behalf of Home2 Suites who misrepresents ANY facts (that I have outlined on my website) risks embarrassment or perjury in court.
For years, I have been an advocate for people of all backgrounds, and I write about injustice because some people have no humanity.
I moved to Home2 Suites on June 27, 2022. I left the Midwest because my mother’s nurse practitioner told me that my mother had six months to one year to live. I returned to Pennsylvania to oversee my mother’s care after my sister died of COVID. For the last five years of my mother’s life, I placed her needs before mine. No one can challenge this truth without chagrin. I have had to work two jobs, and it has been my pleasure.
Due to my and my mother’s expenses, I fell behind on my rent. However, I have always paid my rent. Since my June 27, 2022 move-in date, I have paid almost $91,000 in rent to Home2 Suites.
My past due rent was not a problem until I complained about a racist incident at the property. Over years, Home2 Suites’ general manager Ryan Greene has allowed multiple White tenants to remain without eviction despite exorbitant outstanding balances, destruction of property, and unlawful insalubrious living arrangements.
When I complained about a neighbor’s racist verbal assault, Mr. Greene mocked me and refused to investigate, so I also lodged a complaint about Mr. Greene’s racism. After my complaints about racism, Mr. Greene served me, the Black tenant, a Notice to Quit (for nonpayment of rent) without a Notice to Cure (and has since refused my payment).
Over three years at Home2 Suites, I have tolerated racism, crime, drug activity, and chaos, and I have paid for services that I do not receive to be close to my mother. Despite a bleak diagnosis from 2022, my mother lived three more years. She recently passed, and I buried her three weeks ago.
I will be evicted on September 10, 2025. Ryan Greene lied about my monthly rent by adding $85, and he inflated my balance by $1,100, so Home2 Suites could sue for the maximum.
Mr. Greene also lied on an eviction notice, submitting that I “harass and threaten” staff and guests. Bottom feeders rely on racist stereotypes to malign Black people. Firstly, observers would believe that I am Oprah undercover over that prevarication, and secondly, racists have not yet learned that most Black people capture our diurnal activities with technology. I emailed an aggregate record from one of my platforms to Mr. Greene; he probably felt an inch tall after the surprise.
Note the following about general manager Ryan Greene and Home2 Suites by Hilton, Glen Mills, PA:
1. A White family of 6 has lived at Home2 Suites for over five and a half years. General manager Ryan Greene has given the family, mother, father, three teenage girls, and one nine-year old boy, a 50% rent discount by allowing the family to rent one (1) 455-squ ft room instead of the two (2) required rooms.
Over five and a half years, Ryan Greene has extended at least $300,000 in savings, by allowing the family to rent one (1) room instead of two (2), without regard for local ordinances, health codes, and their hotel policy, exceeding 4 guests in one room at 455-squ ft.
People can find themselves in desperate circumstances, but the family owns a home in West Virginia. The parents, originally from Columbus, OH, chose to isolate the family in a tiny town in West Virginia away from “undesirables,”… “Blacks,” “gays,” and “illegals.” When the father could not find work there, he did the responsible thing: moving East and cramming his family of six in a small hotel room.
Despite high income, the father squeezes his family of six into a hotel room, sacrificing his children’s welfare and education. How successful is homeschooling four children in 455 squ ft, which they share with their parents?
Working in New Jersey (the 2nd wealthiest state in the nation), living in Pennsylvania, using a West Virginia address (one of the five poorest states in the country), the father has defrauded state/federal agencies and privately held companies.
Despite home ownership, the father stuffs his family of 6 in 455 squ ft, and for 5 1/2 years, Ryan Greene and Newport Hospitality Group have weirdly stood behind this deleteriousness. Because Ryan Greene is as tactful as a carnival barker, he has told me that the family “pays their rent in advance.”
Most people would pay their rent before the due date if Ryan Greene had granted a 50% rent discount as he has with that family of six.
The family takes vacations every year because the family is not poor. But Ryan Greene and Newport Hospitality Group enable the parents’ shoving their children in a box.
2. Another White tenant is guilty of destruction of property (a heating/AC unit), and she is chronically late with her rent, but Mr. Greene has not ever filed for eviction. In fact, when the tenant gave notice to move for Oct 31, 2023, Mr. Greene had not previously filed for eviction against her for past due rent, and he allowed the tenant to remain at Home2 Suites when her plan to move backfired, despite her outstanding balance.
Her heating/AC unit eventually failed because the tenant did not feel comfortable with the Black director of maintenance in her room for preventive service.
I have heard her “Black” jokes, but she has expressed her disappointment with her Church members and their disgust with former Vice President’s Kamala Harris’ running for President as a Black woman. Over centuries, racists revel in the ignorance that Black people do not identify racism from racists who tattle on other racists.
I could be wrong, but I don’t think “Church people” should be racist.
This tenant’s daughter, a drug dealer, was implicated in the death of a woman to whom she sold drugs. Forced to surrender her two young daughters, she placed them in the grandmother’s “care.” Playing the hero, yet omitting her daughter’s role in a woman’s drug-related death, the grandmother brags about raising her granddaughters in her daughter’s absence.
This savior broke Pennsylvania child labor law by putting her 13-year-old granddaughter to work as a mechanic for a deadbeat shop owner, who owes money to everybody except himself. The Pennsylvania Child Labor Act prohibits employment for children under 14. The law forbids a child under 16 from working as a mechanic because the state classifies it as a hazardous occupation. Therefore, this self-employed housekeeper, who should be paying at least $3,750/mo in rent, and the body shop owner, forced the child to “work under the table.” The business owner has fleeced the IRS, and the grandmother has boasted that her granddaughter “made $12,000 in one summer.”
Ryan Greene protects these role models while evicting me three weeks after I laid my mother to rest.
Even though Ryan Greene and the team behind Home2 Suites seek to embarrass me and trouble me with an eviction, I will not name those tenants. Helping my mother does not embarrass me.
Over six years, Ryan Greene has allowed multiple White tenants to remain without eviction despite past due balances, destruction of property, and overcrowded rooms. I, the Black tenant, am the first person whom Ryan Greene and Newport Hospitality Group will evict…while allowing a White family of six to pay half the rent over 5 1/2 years.
My past due rent was not a problem until I complained about a racist incident at the property.
3. Mr. Greene has instituted a racist sales strategy to attract White guests only in Group Sales: the wedding parties, sports teams, and other social groups. His discriminatory sales strategy is successful in that the regions and sports teams that he pursues attract White guests.
4. Knowing that front desk agent “Sayeed” repeatedly made racist remarks about Black and Hispanic women, Mr. Greene did not terminate his employment, enabling “Sayeed” to reject Black and Hispanic guests.
For over a year, Ryan Greene placed guests and their children in danger because he failed to follow I-9 requirements to verify “Sayeed’s” identity. Mr. Greene unleashed an impostor, who could be a murderer or other felon on guests, and he gave “Sayeed” access to all guests’ rooms, credit card/personal information, towels/toiletries, and food/beverages.
Since I told Mr. Greene that I know about the “Sayeed” debacle, some housekeepers have recently left, after three years, and a few new housekeepers have appeared. I cannot say that Ryan Greene routinely hires undocumented workers, but he previously hired “Sayeed,” and it is reasonable to suspect subterfuge due to the sudden change in staff. Federal agencies will investigate.
5. Ryan Greene refused to address a racist verbal assault from a White tenant, who continuously called Black people stupid and lazy at my door because a Black guest didn’t take a wheeled cart downstairs as fast as she would have liked.
That bigot, like all long-term residents, had observed that at least 25% of guests leave their carts at their doors, so her diatribe lay in racism.
A month later, Ryan Greene also denied a proper investigation of a racist incident at Home2 Suites. A White male guest exited the pool area and repeatedly spoke about a b**** a** n*gger to someone on the phone. Minutes later, a second White male guest joined the first man, and they both continued to curse, calling Black people n*ggers as they walked.
Fair housing laws safeguard tenants from racial intimidation and harassment to which employees and guests at Home2 Suites have subjected me.
Under the Fair Housing Act, if a tenant is subjected to harassment based on their race, national origin, disability, sex, or other protected class, a landlord is required by law to address the issue and to prevent the harassment from continuing. Failing to stop or prevent a tenant from harassing another tenant because they are a member of a protected class, when the housing provider knew or should have known the harassment was occurring and had the power to stop it, can leave a housing provider legally liable.
All allegations of harassment should be taken seriously and immediate, concrete, documented actions should be taken to stop the harassment from occurring. The housing provider should address the problem in writing to all parties. A warning should be issued to the person who is perpetrating the harassment to immediately cease and desist. If the problem persists, there must be additional steps taken to try to end the harassment. Keep copies of all correspondence. Document any and all steps that have been taken to address the harassment. Call the police if the situation warrants and get a copy of the police report. Documentation is critically important in case a fair housing complaint is filed for failure to stop harassing behavior.
(Housing Equality Center of Pennsylvania)
Due to racial violence over years, I possess records from medical professionals, including a Harvard-trained Georgetown University School of Medicine graduate and another doctor who is an instructor at Harvard University to support my fear of racist threats.
6. On April 28, 2025, while on duty, front desk agent Guy, was imitating “the way Black people speak.” On May 5, 2025, I told Mr. Greene about it when he returned from his trip. Guy is still employed at Home2 Suites.
7. Due to robberies, gun violence, and excessive drinking/violent behavior from intoxicated guests (that Mr. Greene disregards), he encourages front desk agents to hide in the back room (with a door that locks) for their safety, leaving guests vulnerable.
Home2 Suites, Glen Mills, PA
June 12, 2020 Criminal mischief under $1,000
December 12, 2020 Aggravated assault with weapon
November 21, 2022 Robbery
A man approached the front desk and asked about renting a room. He went behind the front desk and flashed a gun at the front desk agent. She gave him the key to the cash drawer. The man put the money in a plastic Wawa bag and fled through the front door.
January 14, 2023 Victims of a violent assault sued Home2 Suites and Roch Capital, the owners of Home2 Suites, for failure to provide safety protocols.
April 2024 A guest was attacked in her room (Crime details appear at the end of this post).
Glen Mills, PA is a small borough, but it’s three miles from the George W. Hill Correctional Facility and one mile from the reformatory school for boys, The Clocktower Schools (formerly The Glen Mills Schools), so “residents must be cautious.”
8. UPDATE: October 11, 2025. It’s that time of year from the third week of September to November 2 (this year) when Ryan Greene declines resetting the timer, so the parking lot idles in pitch-black darkness until Daylight Savings Time.
The laziness and thoughtlessness that Newport Hospitality Group and Roch Captial praise mires in pathology.
How do religious leaders who accept hypocrites’ Roch Capital’s donations justify their exploiting patrons, including elderly, physically challenged, and vision impaired hotel guests.
9. For years, Ryan Greene allowed crooks, the parents in item 1 and the grandmother in item 2 above, to tamper with the mail. When I found out, I notified him twice about the mail tampering, but Mr. Greene did not file charges, as this is a federal offense, because he had permitted these guests to retrieve and rifle through my mail.
10. An onslaught of rowdy pre-teens and teens, from sports teams across the country, routinely descend upon Home2 Suites. They run wildly through the property and up and down the stairs. Guests are afraid to use the stairs. Children play hockey and throw baseballs/footballs/frisbees in the hallways. They race, play tag, knock on doors, ring doorbells, play loud music, and have food fights on every floor.
Kids play baseball, hockey, and football in the crowded parking lot. They set off sparklers/firecrackers and use the wheeled lobby chairs to race in the parking lot. Children should have fun, but there’s no supervision. Many parents and “chaperones” either drink excessively and/or overlook the havoc.
UPDATE: As of September 30, 2025, staff has removed the last wheeled chair (that children use for parking lot races) at the “accessible business center” after I emailed my website asuitedealforfrauds.com to the executives at Newport Hospitality Group and to the owners, Roch Capital.
The mayhem is constant and without reprimand. Guests know that they can do anything without consequences in the lounge area. Drunk and/or shiftless parents do not scold their children. Ryan Greene, with Newport Hospitality Group’s approval, operates Home2 Suites in this abject fashion.
Victims of a January 14, 2023 violent assault sued Home2 Suites and Roch Capital, the owners of Home2 Suites, for failure to provide safety protocols.
11. I dare any person on behalf of Home2 Suites to deny the rampant drug use on the property. When there are no rules, some guests take advantage.
12. Ryan Greene has no regard for guests’ privacy nor Hilton’s privacy policy. He discusses tenants’ payment histories with other guests.
13. Moochers impose on other guests for food, alcohol, and/or drugs.
Let me repeat. Irrefutable records including videos, recordings (according to state and federal laws), electronic communication, camera surveillance, pics, police reports, public records, etc. support these truths.
14. Despite their continually sleeping through their shifts and behaving rudely towards customers over the years about which I complained and expressed fear, Mr. Greene only recently terminated front desk reps Derek and Jennifer, who had been arrested in January 2025 for disorderly conduct.
Jennifer’s husband, during regular visits to his wife, had been harassing me and other guests with racialized language and telling me that he had been (truthfully) imprisoned for killing a man, for pestering his sister, and drug dealing. Jennifer was responsible for the risk by bringing this danger to the hotel, but Ryan Greene kept Jennifer in her front desk position for years after my complaints.
Jennifer’s son, who has a criminal record for theft, used to visit her at work. Jennifer sat in the back room (for employees only) with her son while she worked as a night auditor, processing payments and generating financial reports.
15. Daily, housekeepers blast music on their carts, turn TVs at the highest volume with open doors to listen as they clean on the floor, and shout from one end of the hallway to the other.
16. Ryan Greene, with Newport Hospitality Group, does not fix broken items, including a washer that has been broken for at least 3 years and a computer that has been broken for almost a year.
While touting an “accessible business center” on Home2 Suites’ website, multi-millionaires have refused to fix a computer for nearly a year. Their replacing a computer is as easy as my buying a toothbrush. It’s the snub that personifies Ryan Greene’s and Newport Hospitality Group’s inhospitableness towards Home2 Suites’ guests.
Executives seem to undervalue guests, acting as if Newport Hospitality Group is an oligopoly.
UPDATE: As of September 19, 2025, staff have removed the broken computer after I emailed my website asuitedealforfrauds.com to the executives at Newport Hospitality Group and to the owners, Roch Capital.
Almost one year later, do these multimillionaires intend to replace the computer, or are they simply removing the eyesore from the “accessible business center,” leaving one desktop from which to print, for hundreds of guests?
UPDATE: As of October 10, 2025, the other of the 2 computers from which guests print in Home2 Suites’ “accessible business center” barely works, so I have been begging Ryan Greene for replacements…at this Home2 Suites that multimillionaires Rocco Abessinio, Peter Abessinio, and Vincent Abessinio own.
The Abessinios dismiss conveniences (for which guests pay), but Home2 Suites’ front desk computers and printers work, to invoice and collect money.
Executives pay attention when they choose; legally, they’re about to learn the repercussions of promoting housing discrimination and celebrating subpar hotel management.
17. Elevators vibrate and fail periodically every year. The building is only six years old.
UPDATE: October 5, 2025. Here they go, again. One of the shaky elevators is out of service.
October 6, 2025. Due to the frequency with which elevators fail, Ryan Greene, Newport Hospitality Group, and owners Roch Capital forced my reminding them of the Fair Housing Act and the American Disabilities Act.
I invite fans who rationalize Roch Capital’s parsimony to watch physically challenged guests, including the elderly, mount and descend stairs or suffer confinement in their rooms.
October 22, 2025 Ryan Greene has still not fixed 1 of the 2 elevators for the hundreds of guests from whom Roch Capital makes millions. Poor workmanship and inadequate maintenance do not determine this defective machinery.
18. The multi-millionaires who own Roch Capital will not install generators, so when power outages happen, guests (who want to check in) leave for nearby hotels, and guests who stay endure brutal or freezing temperatures. I lost the equivalent of two days’ pay (at one of my jobs) this past summer. Guests must ask front desk agents to open their doors (with master keys) as they all walk up and down flights of stairs.
Only sycophants revere Roch Capital’s carelessness because they benefit. Offenders pick who matter, donating to those whom they respect, forgetting the hundreds of millions from patrons who built their wealth.
19. Ryan Greene did not provide hand sanitizer for a year until I complained on May 6, 2025, after the three bottles I purchased for the front desk were depleted.
I, a financially strapped guest, had to resort to buying hand sanitizer for Home2 Suites, owned by millionaires, because I tired of the unsanitary conditions that apparently do not bother these wealthy hoteliers. The boldness of their neglect stultifies me.
While it is not mandated by law, as the operator of a hotel, Ryan Greene should provide hand sanitizer stations and sanitary wipes, especially considering that businesses have adopted this practice in the post-COVID environment.
UPDATE: As of September 22, 2025, the hand sanitizer stations are empty. Ryan Greene, the team at Newport Hospitality Group, and the owners Roch Capital are probably waiting for the evicted tenant, me, to replenish the supply. December 24, 2025. Ryan Greene has still not filled the hand sanitizer dispensers. Why trifle with antiseptics: in a hotel…that serves food? Despite the filth in which the hotel deteriorates, Mr. Greene continues to oppose hand sanitizer.
20. As cameras verify, Ryan Greene continuously does not sanction proper sanitary conditions in communal areas, especially the lounge and backyard patio, gambling with the lives of guests and their children.
I throw up a little in my mouth when I see guests cook on the backyard grills, eat at the tables in the lounge, and use the other computer that occasionally works, because housekeeping does not usually disinfect those surfaces. “Cleaning” surfaces with damp, repeatedly used cloths does not effectively disinfect.
Guests must check underneath and behind mattresses, rollaway beds/sofas for bed bugs, dust mites, and clumps of human/dog hair. Housekeepers do not regularly shampoo carpets, so guests complain about black feet.
Housekeeping follows general manager’s Ryan Greene’s directives.
Bed bugs have been found due to poor sanitation, and the Department of Health has closed the swimming pool multiple times after failed inspections.
Front desk agent Guy twirls cigarettes at the front desk. He smokes outside and leaves a lit cigarette on the trash can, lip side on the top of the trash can, and returns to the front desk to help customers, without washing his hands. Guy goes back outside to finish his cigarette and comes back to the front desk, again, without washing his hands.
Knowing that cigarette smoke bothers guests, and some people are allergic, Ryan Greene permits front desk agents to smoke at the entrance. That behavior allows staff to see the front desk, so they can run there to help guests with food/snacks, bottles of water, and towels/toiletries with dirty hands and the stench of cigarettes.
A below average attorney would dismantle Ryan Greene’s false testimony about handwashing routines and proper sanitation at Home2 Suites, especially when there’s a breakfast bar. Thankfully, 21st c. technology, videos, and camera surveillance, also rebut lies.
If an employee showed up naked for work, I think Ryan Greene would hand him a fig leaf and tell him to get to work.
Newport Hospitality Group uses online reputation management. If NHG did not use online reputation management, the public would know the degeneracy with which Ryan Greene runs Home2 Suites, and those reviews would probably be, as people say colloquially, “in the toilet.”
Businesses rely on the “ignorance” of consumers, especially those over 35, who might not know that 21st c. technology barters bad reviews for refunds, gifts, promotions, free stays, and rewards points.
THE PEOPLE BEHIND HOME2 SUITES’ (GLEN MILLS, PA) GENERAL MANAGER RYAN GREENE
Research including public records, state/federal documents, newspaper archives, and census records confirm backgrounds of delinquency (poor credit/bankruptcies/federal tax liens)/racism/barbarity (on which I will elaborate as I post).
People should not ignore the lack of screening/overlooked financial hardships of charlatanic leadership who have access to their personal information/credit cards/hotel rooms who work in hospitality.
NEWPORT HOSPITALITY GROUP (HOTEL MANAGEMENT GROUP FOR HOME2 SUITES BY HILTON, GLEN MILLS, PA)
The ignominy of racism proliferates over generations. This animus manifests through exclusionary hiring patterns and with preferential treatment, which the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Department of Justice, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission deem discrimination.
Since I complained about racism to the executives, they have removed the team picture that represents Newport Hospitality Group on Facebook.
They placed the pic on a Labor Day, September 1, 2025 post to symbolize “the dedication, passion, and resilience of those who make hospitality what it is. From front desk teams to housekeepers, chefs to managers, and everyone working behind the scenes, your hard work ensures every guest feels at home, even on holidays.”
Firstly, the pic demonstrates their tokenization of Black employees by which the group of approximately 100 includes only a handful of Black employees; secondly, their objection to livable wages promotes the plantation paradigm; thirdly, did they “celebrate Labor Day” in honor of “Sayeed” and other possible undocumented workers?; and fourthly, Home2 Suites’ general manager’s Ryan Greene’s deplorable management on behalf of Newport Hospitality Group shames Mr. Greene, the executives at NHG, the owners Roch Capital, and the community.
Specious posts from corporate swindlers anger the public because executives do not pay wages with which “hard workers” can support their families, and they do not offer affordable insurance for these employees and their dependents. General manager’s Ryan Greene’s dereliction also compromises guests and their children.
Home2 Suites’ Mr. Greene and the executive team at Newport Hospitality Group (with 1 Black executive among 16) make exceptions for White tenants without consideration of local ordinances and health codes and for whom they break their own hotel policy.
Because Hilton franchises Home2 Suites, I have also complained to Hilton’s executive leadership (who do not realize that Black people can also lead corporations) about this discrimination, and they do not help despite their “zero tolerance for discrimination.” But there’s no such thing as racism…as everyone sees with their hires and with “exceptions” that they disregard.
Newport Hospitality Group cannot fathom the depth of background research supported by a multitude of irrefutable records that document their racism and other wrongdoing.
People, who grew up in households with families who called Black people n*ggers, refused to hire Black people, isolated themselves from Black people, and/or committed acts of violence against Black people, usually exercise the same bigotry.
Under oath, executives cannot perjure themselves about racist conduct or family legacies of racism.
Everybody must expose racists and take drastic measures, including researching their backgrounds, because every racist denies that she or he is racist, but their upbringings, lifestyles, hiring criteria, and other choices reveal racism.
Decision-makers, who over decades have not hired Black people for senior/executive roles, or who have tokenized Black leaders, do not want Black families to obtain financial security nor create generational wealth because they do not like Black people.
Bigots’ hiring employees from “diverse” backgrounds (for lower paying/entry-level/mid-level jobs) fools no one. The public laughs at their duplicity to avoid charges of racism. That trick is older than the hucksters (about whom I write) and equally pathetic because over generations, they have placed the leadership/executive roles, power, and money with White people. Their employment hierarchies resemble plantations in which Black people languish at the bottom in servitude.
If anyone opines that she or he would be okay with large teams’ of all male leaders/executives or large groups’ of all female leaders/executives making decisions for everyone, no one will believe him or her because it would be a lie. White only executive teams are intentional, and it is racist.
The evil with which this team operates should sicken people. I am almost 60, and Newport Hospitality Group started the eviction process against me while my 90-year-old mother was dying in hospice. I buried my mother three weeks ago, and NHG is evicting me on September 10, 2025.
Let’s understand that people must pay their rent. Due to my and my mother’s expenses, I fell behind on my rent. But over three years, my payment history was not an issue until I complained about a racist incident at the property. I was about a month and a half past due on my rent.
Ryan Greene served the Notice to Quit without a Notice to Cure, and he has since refused payment.
My initial $4,000 in past due rent is 1.3% of $300,000 or more in rent savings over 5 ½ years that Newport Hospitality Group has afforded the White family of six.

Why do “pillars of the community,” “do-gooders,” and “philanthropists,” who give tens of millions to charities, do not donate to causes to advance Black people, do not hire Black people for executive roles, and hire Newport Hospitality Group whose leaders give preferential treatment, including a 50% rent discount, to (no-good) White tenants who oppress their offspring and evict the Black tenant who put family first?
I blog about Home2 Suites because Ryane Greene with Newport Hospitality Group’s guidance operates this hotel in ways that defy sanity, and Roch Capital knows about the recklessness at Home2 Suites to which their name is publicly associated.
Hilton places the Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement on the website, yet Ryan Greene manages Home2 Suites with the security of a lemonade stand, so Roch Capital should grasp the abandon with which Ryane Greene manages the hotel.
Glen Mills, PA is a small borough, but it’s three miles from the George W. Hill Correctional Facility and one mile from the reformatory school for boys, The Clocktower Schools (formerly The Glen Mills Schools), so “residents must be cautious.”
Racists see what other monsters do to Black people, so they too feel empowered.
Nobody in his right mind would solely evict a Black tenant, me, while forgoing eviction on White tenants, guilty of offenses for which they should be evicted…while allowing a White family of six to pay half the rent, with $300,000 in savings, over 5 1/2 years, like Ryan Greene has.
If the municipality and the community approve six people in 455 squ ft, my advocacy will include outreach to impoverished communities, including Chester, PA and sections of Wilmington, DE and Philadelphia, PA because everyone deserves that break.
That decision will provide opportunities for families, roommates, and college students at nearby Cheyney University/Lincoln University/other colleges to split rent among 6 people or more to make 1 br, 1 ba apartments in the township affordable for better school districts for their kids and safer communities about which I will post continuously with viral advocacy.
That advantage should not only apply to a White father (who heads a family of six) with a high income, who owns a home, and who drives two newer SUVs.
Due to Glen Mills’ location to nearby interstates in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey and the appeal of its shopping centers, it attracts more trouble.

APRIL 2024 TRIP ADVISOR REVIEW OF HOME2 SUITES, GLEN MILLS, PA AND ITS CRIMINAL ACTIVITY
Some people cannot be bought. This reviewer from Trip Advisor told the truth, and she stood up for herself against Ryan Greene about the danger at the hotel.

Unsafe!! I planned to stay for the week but had to leave because I had a woman (who was clearly on illegal drugs) get on the elevator from the lobby, follow me back to my room, force her way into my room and threaten to punch me in the face and maybe her plan was to rob me after hurting me. Luckily my husband was there in the room. The state police had to come and handle things. She wasn’t even a guest but a friend of some long term guest staying there at the hotel and was staying there with them.. Scared for my life and my safety, I didn’t feel safe and chose to leave the hotel for my own safety. Hilton didn’t care and didn’t kick the booked guest out that had long term overnight guests who are crack addicts who follow women back to their rooms, force their way in and try to attack them!!! This isn’t acceptable and isn’t safe!!! This is an extended stay suite and this person may still be there. For your own safety do not stay at this at this hotel esp if you’re a woman or have children!!! Most traumatic experience ever. Thankfully my husband was home and I’m alive and not hurt. If this had happened an hour before , while my husband was still at his work event, I would have not been so lucky. Do not stay here ever! You safety and life could be at risk.

WHEN RACISTS SAY THAT BLACK PEOPLE USE THE RACE CARD, THEY ARE PROJECTING. NO ONE SHOULD EVER FORGET:
Ryan Greene and the executives at Newport Hospitality Group filed for eviction while my mother was dying in hospice, and they evicted me immediately after my mother passed.
I have not heard from Roch Capital, who own Home2 Suites by Hilton, so seemingly they support this cruelty.
Let me be clear. Rent is mandatory, and evictions can occur at inconvenient times. But Ryan Greene only evicted me the Black tenant despite the offenses for which White tenants should be evicted.
While forgoing eviction on White tenants, Ryan Greene has also extended at least $300,000 in rent savings over five and a half years to a White family, whose mother and father commit fraud in front of their children and under Mr. Greene’s purview.
Readers must consider the depravity from which these decision-makers’ racial hatred spurs.
Ryan Greene, and other racists, recognize discrimination from their employers (especially through exclusionary hiring), so Mr. Greene probably assumed that the teams behind him would applaud the eviction of a Black woman (who made her mother paramount), while they champion White criminals, who thwart their offspring’s childhoods, and who are guilty of violations for which they should be evicted.
Racists who supervise hotels have ongoing conversations about “keeping out n*ggers” with bigots whom they hire as general managers. When victims object, the finger-pointing ends with lawsuits or settlements.
Now Newport Hospitality Group and Roch Capital face an ensuing Brobdingnagian mess (that began over $4,000) because Ryan Greene does not possess the acumen to follow Fair Housing laws despite his prejudice.
The stomach-churning pretense with which these imposters manipulate their faith, mostly Catholicism, reminds onlookers that phonies flock to Church.
I cherish my thirteen years’ Catholic education, and that blessing fueled my passion for higher education and writing. Tenets of the Catholic Church do not include racial hatred and discrimination in lifestyles, housing, employment, and charitable gifts.
Racists cannot extricate themselves from the racial hatred in which they were raised, and that they also promote. Exercising exclusion (in ways of living/social circles, housing, employment, and charitable donations) denotes patterns that they cannot refute.
People who defend Ryan Greene’s, Newport Hospitality Group’s and Roch Capital’s conduct should consider their own credibility.
