LET’S TALK ABOUT HOME2 SUITES BY HILTON IN GLEN MILLS, PA

HIP HIP HOORAY! HIP HIP HOORAY! HIP HIP HOORAY!

After my 3 1/2 years of incontestable begging and recently declaring it a legal matter, general manager Ryan Greene has sent a three-day notice to tenants that property management group Newport Hospitality Group, (and some of the wealthiest people on the East Coast) Roch Capital, will upgrade the laundry room from the two washers and dryers for 109 units at Home2 Suites Glen Mills (due to repeatedly malfunctioning washers and dryers).

I wonder if they now see the value in security for the property, food safety, sanitation, including hand sanitizer, and hot water in the lobby Ladies Room at these outrageous prices.

    FINGERS CROSSED.

Does Santa deliver belated Christmas gifts? I have also asked him for hot water in the Ladies Room in the lobby and hand sanitizer in the empty dispensers at Home2 Suites Glen Mills.

DESPITE CONTINUOUS NEGLECT FOR SAFETY AND SANITATION AT HOME2 SUITES GLEN MILLS, WITH NO SHAME, RYANE GREENE PURSUES GROUP SALES AT THE PROPERTY.

PARTIES GATHER IN THE LOBBY, OFTEN HOSTING THERE, WITHOUT PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF NO HOT WATER IN THE LADIES ROOM AND NO HAND SANITIZER FOR GUESTS, FOR SERVING AND EATING FOOD.

Black people live everywhere, and we excel in all disciplines and sports. But Ryan Greene’s racist agenda relies on statistics to pursue guests at Home2 Suites Glen Mills.

As irrefutable records prove, Ryan Greene’s Group Sales efforts lie in pursuing sports teams (baseball, lacrosse, swimming, field hockey, and ice hockey), colleges, and regions in Upstate Pennsylvania, Appalachia, the South, and the Midwest, which yield White guests. And he succeeds in his determination.

Of course, Ryan Greene has not ever discussed his ideal demographic and policies that drastically lower the odds of Black guests at Home2 Suites Glen Mills through Group Sales: sports teams, wedding parties, reunions, and other social functions.

    ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!

    TRULY DIRTY DEEDS:

As I share these truths on my blog, I must reiterate the filth in which Home2 Suites Glen Mills soils.

Both Home2 Suites Glen Mills’ general manager Ryan Greene and his supervisor Newport Hospitality Group’s vice president of operations John Hirt, as recently as Friday January 2, 2026, have said that hand sanitizer is no longer required at the property…after its one-year absence.

The obscenity does not lie in politics, including COVID matters. Some of the wealthiest people on the Eastern corridor Roch Capital and its property management team Newport Hospitality Group choose to shortchange guests, skimping with every possibility.

Their disregard places guests and their children in jeopardy. They abandon sanitation and show zero regard for food safety.

When I moved to Home2 Suites Glen Mills in June 2022, for a brief period, I occasionally ate their breakfast. Like most guests, I wanted to get my money’s worth at these exorbitant prices. BIG MISTAKE. Twice I suffered food poisoning, so it’s been a few years since I have decided to tempt fate.

Three weeks ago, fancying a dance with danger, I ate two pieces of what I think was turkey bacon.

As I should have known, Home2 Suites’ food safety is as stomach-churning as their lackadaisicalness with sanitation.

The Delaware County, Pennsylvania Department of Health has regularly cited Home2 Suites Glen Mills’ breakfast bar, with its variety of grey-colored food choices, for poor food safety.

The Delaware County, PA Dept of Health inspects hotels that serve food, annually, unless…

From the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s website:

By law, the department inspects all eating and drinking establishments once per year. Inspectors may go back several more times in that year if complaints are received, or if the initial inspection was not passed. When the department receives a complaint, an inspector is sent to check the validity of the complaint and make sure any corrective action is taken, if needed. If a restaurant does not pass its initial inspection, a follow-up inspection is scheduled to make sure that changes are made. The reason for each inspection is listed in the report.

Ryan Greene, on behalf of Roch Capital and Newport Hospitality Group, refuses hand sanitizer at Home2 Suites Glen Mills while the Ladies’ Room in the lobby has only supplied cold water for at least 3 1/2 years.

    December 2025 Google review:

    B****** W******

    3/5

Our room smelled like a dirty litter box! Was clean in appearance.

From my September 9, 2025 post:

    4. Knowing that front desk agent “Sayeed” repeatedly made racist remarks about Black and Hispanic women, Mr. Greene did not terminate his employment, enabling “Sayeed” to reject Black and Hispanic guests.

For over a year, Ryan Greene placed guests and their children in danger because he failed to follow I-9 requirements to verify “Sayeed’s” identity. Mr. Greene unleashed an impostor, who could be a murderer or other felon on guests, and he gave “Sayeed” access to all guests’ rooms, credit card/personal information, towels/toiletries, and food/beverages.

Since I told Mr. Greene that I know about the “Sayeed” debacle, some housekeepers have recently left, after three years, and a few new housekeepers have appeared. I cannot say that Ryan Greene routinely hires undocumented workers, but he previously hired “Sayeed,” and it is reasonable to suspect subterfuge due to the sudden change in staff. Federal agencies will investigate.

Due to robberies, gun violence, and excessive drinking/violent behavior from intoxicated guests (that Mr. Greene disregards), he encourages front desk agents to hide in the back room (with a door that locks) for their safety, leaving guests vulnerable.

    June 12, 2020 Criminal mischief under $1,000

December 12, 2020 Aggravated assault with weapon

    November 21, 2022 Robbery

A man approached the front desk and asked about renting a room. He went behind the front desk and flashed a gun at the front desk agent. She gave him the key to the cash drawer. The man put the money in a plastic Wawa bag and fled through the front door.

January 14, 2023 Victims of a violent assault sued Home2 Suites and Roch Capital, the owners of Home2 Suites, for failure to provide safety protocols.

April 2024 A guest was attacked in her room.

    14. Despite their continually sleeping through their shifts and behaving rudely towards customers over the years about which I complained and expressed fear, Mr. Greene only recently terminated front desk reps Derek and Jennifer, who had been arrested in January 2025 for disorderly conduct.

Jennifer’s husband, during regular visits to his wife, had been harassing me and other guests with racialized language and telling me that he had been (truthfully) imprisoned for killing a man, for pestering his sister, and drug dealing. Jennifer was responsible for the risk by bringing this danger to the hotel, but Ryan Greene kept Jennifer in her front desk position for years after my complaints.

Jennifer’s son, who has a criminal record for theft, used to visit her at work. Jennifer sat in the back room (for employees only) with her son while she worked as a night auditor, processing payments and generating financial reports.

    19. Ryan Greene did not provide hand sanitizer for a year until I complained on May 6, 2025, after the three bottles I purchased for the front desk were depleted.

I, a financially strapped guest, had to resort to buying hand sanitizer for Home2 Suites, owned by millionaires, because I tired of the unsanitary conditions that apparently do not bother these wealthy hoteliers. The boldness of their neglect stultifies me.

While it is not mandated by law, as the operator of a hotel, Ryan Greene should provide hand sanitizer stations and sanitary wipes, especially considering that businesses have adopted this practice in the post-COVID environment.

UPDATE: As of September 22, 2025, the hand sanitizer stations are empty. Ryan Greene, the team at Newport Hospitality Group, and the owners Roch Capital are probably waiting for the evicted tenant, me, to replenish the supply. December 24, 2025. Ryan Greene has still not filled the hand sanitizer dispensers. Why trifle with antiseptics: in a hotel…that serves food? Despite the filth in which the hotel deteriorates, Mr. Greene continues to oppose hand sanitizer.

    20. As cameras verify, Ryan Greene continuously does not sanction proper sanitary conditions in communal areas, especially the lounge and backyard patio, gambling with the lives of guests and their children.

I throw up a little in my mouth when I see guests cook on the backyard grills, eat at the tables in the lounge, and use the other computer that occasionally works, because housekeeping does not usually disinfect those surfaces. “Cleaning” surfaces with damp, repeatedly used cloths does not effectively disinfect.

Guests must check underneath and behind mattresses, rollaway beds/sofas for bed bugs, dust mites, and clumps of human/dog hair. Housekeepers do not regularly shampoo carpets, so guests complain about black feet.

Housekeeping follows general manager’s Ryan Greene’s directives.

Bed bugs have been found due to poor sanitation, and the Department of Health has closed the swimming pool multiple times after failed inspections.

Front desk agent Guy twirls cigarettes at the front desk. He smokes outside and leaves a lit cigarette on the trash can, lip side on the top of the trash can, and returns to the front desk to help customers, without washing his hands. Guy goes back outside to finish his cigarette and comes back to the front desk, again, without washing his hands.

Knowing that cigarette smoke bothers guests, and some people are allergic, Ryan Greene permits front desk agents to smoke at the entrance. That behavior allows staff to see the front desk, so they can run there to help guests with food/snacks, bottles of water, and towels/toiletries with dirty hands and the stench of cigarettes.

A below average attorney would dismantle Ryan Greene’s false testimony about handwashing routines and proper sanitation at Home2 Suites, especially when there’s a breakfast bar. Thankfully, 21st c. technology, videos, and camera surveillance, also rebut lies.

If an employee showed up naked for work, I think Ryan Greene would hand him a fig leaf and tell him to get to work.

Newport Hospitality Group uses online reputation management. If NHG did not use online reputation management, the public would know the degeneracy with which Ryan Greene runs Home2 Suites, and those reviews would probably be, as people say colloquially, “in the toilet.”

Businesses rely on the “ignorance” of consumers, especially those over 35, who might not know that 21st c. technology barters bad reviews for refunds, gifts, promotions, free stays, and rewards points.

    __________________________________________________

Ryan Greene, responsible for Home2 Suites’ day-to-day operations, has not instilled handwashing and has not supplied working liquid soap dispensers, in the kitchen with food handlers who process raw animal foods, clean tables and empty garbage.

Countless times daily, Mr. Greene must walk past the kitchen, six feet from his office, and the breakfast bar, about eight feet from him, so he cannot miss the foulness.

How many bouts of food poisoning have guests withstood?

From my November 19, 2025 blog post: Ryan Greene operates Home2 Suites Glen Mills like a high schooler at his first job.

    January 3, 2026

  • January 1, 2026

At court hearings and arbitrations, I await attorneys and authorities from state and federal agencies reinforcing Mr. Greene’s racist upbringing and history that shaped his decisions to pursue Group Sales guests by race, to deny my request for rental terms similar to the White family of six (6), and to evict by race.

    Thank goodness for transcripts.

Over six years, Ryan Greene has allowed multiple White tenants to remain at Home2 Suites Glen Mills without eviction despite past due balances, destruction of property, and overcrowded rooms. During these six years, Mr. Greene has evicted only two tenants for late rent; both are Black.

Ryan Greene filed for eviction while my mother was dying in hospice, and he evicted me one month after her death.

Observers should revisit my September 9, 2025 post about two different sets of miscreants whom Ryan Greene placed in remarkable circumstances to elude eviction, including the deadbeat from item 2 in my September 9, 2025 post, who robbed her previous landlord of $13,000 in rent.

While the two evicted Black tenants face an uncertain future, the White family of six (6), to whom Ryan Greene bestowed outrageous rental terms, enjoy an extended two-week holiday vacation.

FROM MY SEPTEMBER 9, 2025 POST ABOUT THE FAMILY OF SIX (6) WHO OWN A HOME IN WEST VIRGINIA AND TWO NEWER SUVs.

“A White family of 6 has lived at Home2 Suites for over five and a half years.

General manager Ryan Greene has given the family, mother, father, three teenage girls, and one nine-year old boy, a 50% rent discount by allowing the family to rent one (1) 455-squ ft room instead of the two (2) required rooms.

Over five and a half years, Ryan Greene has extended at least $300,000 in savings, by allowing the family to rent one (1) room instead of two (2), without regard for local ordinances, health codes, and their hotel policy, exceeding 4 guests in one room at 455-squ ft.

People can find themselves in desperate circumstances, but the family owns a home in West Virginia. The parents, originally from Columbus, OH, chose to isolate the family in a tiny town in West Virginia away from “undesirables,”… “Blacks,” “gays,” and “illegals.” When the father could not find work there, he did the responsible thing: moving East and cramming his family of six in a small hotel room.

Despite high income, the father squeezes his family of six into a hotel room, sacrificing his children’s welfare and education. How successful is homeschooling four children in 455 squ ft, which they share with their parents?

Working in New Jersey (the 2nd wealthiest state in the nation), living in Pennsylvania, using a West Virginia address (one of the five poorest states in the country), the father has defrauded state/federal agencies and privately held companies.

Despite home ownership, the father stuffs his family of 6 in 455 squ ft, and for 5 1/2 years, Ryan Greene and Newport Hospitality Group have weirdly stood behind this deleteriousness. Because Ryan Greene is as tactful as a carnival barker, he has told me that the family “pays their rent in advance.”

Most people would pay their rent before the due date if Ryan Greene had granted a 50% rent discount as he has with that family of six.

The family takes vacations every year because the family is not poor. But Ryan Greene and Newport Hospitality Group enable the parents’ shoving their children in a box.”

Pattern (noun) [pat-ern, pat-n]/ ˈpæt ərn, ˈpæt n /a combination of qualities, acts, tendencies, etc., forming a consistent or characteristic arrangement.

Home2 Suites’ general manager Ryan Greene has evicted another tenant.

There’s no suspense; the tenant like me is Black.

Housing discrimination reverberates with Black people (and the hundreds of millions who support us) due to the legacies of Jim Crow, the New Deal, redlining, gentrification, racial violence with home ownership, and 20th c. and 21st c. inflated mortgage rates and home appraisal bias.

My grandmother, who lived until I was thirty years old, survived Jim Crow, and today’s racists continue to discriminate in housing, including evicting by race.

Note the following about Home2 Suites’ general manager Ryan Greene.

    1. A White family of six (6) has lived at Home2 Suites for over five and a half years. Ryan Greene has given the family, mother, father, three teenage girls, and one nine-year old boy, a 50% rent discount by allowing the family to rent one (1) 455-squ ft room instead of the two (2) required rooms.

Over five and a half years, Ryan Greene has extended at least $300,000 in savings, by allowing the family to rent one (1) room instead of two (2), without regard for local ordinances, health codes, and their hotel policy, exceeding 4 guests in one room at 455-squ ft.

My initial $4,000 in past due rent is 1.3% of $300,000 or more in rent savings over 5 ½ years that Newport Hospitality Group has afforded the White family of six.

    2. Another White tenant is guilty of destruction of property (a heating/AC unit), and she is chronically late with her rent, but Mr. Greene has not ever filed for eviction. In fact, when the tenant gave notice to move for Oct 31, 2023, Mr. Greene had not previously filed for eviction against her for past due rent, and he allowed the tenant to remain at Home2 Suites when her plan to move backfired, despite her outstanding balance.

No one is surprised about this tenant’s habitual fraud. (Readers should revisit item 2 in my September 9, 2025 post). Prior to her move to Home2 Suites Glen Mills, the Court awarded her previous landlord a $13,086 judgment for nonpayment of rent.

She’s one of a few examples of deadbeats whom Ryan Greene allows to pay late rent: without eviction.

The tenant didn’t satisfy the judgment, so the landlord lost over $13,000.

Ryan Greene makes exceptions for multiple White tenants, so they don’t land in jeopardy, homelessness, as he evicts Black tenants.

Clowns who evict by race embarrass themselves due to the myopia of bigotry.

These racists laud bigotry but oppose exposure due to punishment for housing discrimination.

I report Ryan Greene to state and federal agencies, politicians, local and national interests, nonprofits, private firms, and advocacy groups. Everything that Mr. Greene attempts incites legal uproar.

I refer leaders to my website, so they grasp the enormity of discrimination and inhumanity to which Ryan Greene subjects me.

The people whom I label racist, including Ryan Greene, attorneys would dissect in court due to family trees of racial bias and racial hatred to which they cling. From aversive racism to extremism, racism is racism.

Nobody in his right mind would solely evict Black tenants while forgoing eviction on multiple White tenants, guilty of offenses for which they should be evicted…while allowing a White family of six to pay half the rent, with $300,000 in savings, over 5 1/2 years, like Ryan Greene has.

    THE HYPOCRISY OF HISTRIONICS

Detractors might label my story as prosaic. However, I do not fool myself into believing that my story is more deserving than those who have met this evil. My drive lies in the collective: a community by which we expose corruption.

Due to his behavior, I must believe that Ryan Greene enjoys placing guests in danger. Prior to our legal battles, as irrefutable records confirm, due to waning security, I repeatedly told Ryan Greene that I had been a crime victim (with details on which I would not expound), and that I am my mother’s only living child, so for her welfare, I must mind mine.

That entire time…over years…Mr. Greene was allowing the miscreants in item 1 and item 2 (from my September 9, 2025 post) to rifle through my mail.

SHOCK does not  elucidate my disbelief. There are few things more terrifying than lowlifes’ (or anyone’s) rummaging through crime victims’ mail. Either Mr. Greene’s a louse, or he has no common sense.

Ryan Greene’s also the big dummy who recently violated privacy laws on October 22, 2025 by asking residents to sign for packages on a login sheet with their names visible to other guests. If I had not complained about his violating privacy laws, again, Ryan Greene would have continued this idiocy.

People stay at hotels for myriad reasons: shelter during divorces, custody battles, stalking incidents, and domestic abuse and sexual assault cases.

Ryan Greene operates Home2 Suites Glen Mills like a high schooler at his first job. Mr. Greene and front desk agents witnessed my panic despite my forgoing details about my past trauma.

When I found about the mail tampering, I told Mr. Greene and front desk staff that “I was at the highest level of anger that a person can reach.” I said, “I have to tell people that I am upset because I’m not recalcitrant, and I don’t show my anger.”

No one can dispute my calmness. I academically approach lunacy. How does a hotel manager permit transients, who do not work for the hotel nor submit to background checks, to tamper with tenants’ mail?

Mr. Greene lionizes White people, so in his feeble mind, he did nothing wrong.

If it were not for Ryan Greene, those crooks would not know my full name and my personal and financial affairs.

Despite my complaints, Ryan Greene did not direct the police to try to break down the doors of the degenerates in item 1 and item 2 (from my September 9, 2025 post). That’s a true head-scratcher.

IN FACT, RYAN GREENE DID NOT NOTIFY THE U.S. POSTAL INSPECTION SERVICE AND THE PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE (ABOUT THESE FEDERAL FELONIES). RYAN GREENE GIVES PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT TO WHITE PEOPLE.

Readers should revisit my October 26, 2025 and November 1, 2025 posts about Ryan Greene’s weaponization of the police to terrorize a Black woman and his desire to have me terminated from my remote job.

Bigots excuse the DELIBERATENESS, DESPICABLENESS, AND EVIL of Mr. Greene’s racism. Mr. Greene does not only continually lie, but he also attempted a racist stereotype (for which Black people have been killed, harmed, and denied housing, education, and employment) to evict me.

Despite the aplomb for which I’m known, Mr. Greene lied on an eviction notice, claiming that I “harass and threaten” staff and guests.

Bottom feeders rely on racist stereotypes to malign Black people. Firstly, observers would believe that I am Oprah undercover over that prevarication, and secondly, racists have not yet learned that most Black people capture our diurnal activities with technology. I emailed an aggregate record from one of my platforms to Mr. Greene; he probably felt an inch tall after the surprise.

Ryan Greene, Newport Hospitality Group, and Roch Capital probably surrender to Home2 Suites’ place as a drug den and party hotel, so the slipshod “accessible business center,” malfunctioning washers/dryers, lack of sanitation, empty hand sanitizer stations, broken elevators, and privacy violations, etc. do not matter because illicit activities generate revenue.

U.S. POSTMARK DATE VERSUS DATE OF POSTAGE METER STAMP

Businesses, including law firms, stamp mail with a postage meter because they prepay for the service. Often, they let mail sit in their mail bins for days. The law firm mails the Notice/Motion/Complaint days later, so the defendant believes that the postage meter date is the Date of Service, leaving defendants with drastically reduced time to respond.

The Granger Firm’s David Scaggs has routinely tried this deception with me, but I know better. Perpetrators rely on the public’s “ignorance” of postage meter dates from U.S. Postal Service postmarks (the date that the U.S. Postal Service mails correspondence).

I blog to inform the public about Ryan Greene’s, Newport Hospitality Group’s, Roch Capital’s, and their lawyer’s David Scaggs’ (from Paoli, PA’s The Granger Firm) trickery and proclivity for breaking laws.

Bloggers like me write about corruption, so people know their rights.

I suspect that Mr. Greene expects that people lie for him in these legal matters (due to a romantic relationship or coercion with their employment). The tiniest bit of common sense will lead them to tell the truth.

Mr. Greene’s deviance rests in lies.

Mr. Greene lied on an eviction notice, submitting that I “harass and threaten” staff and guests.

    UPDATE: November 18, 2025

After threatening to report The Granger Firm’s David Scaggs’ to the authorities due to his attempted dupery with Notices/Motions/Complaints by which letters from Paoli, PA (20 minutes by car) to Glen Mills, PA encompass 8 to 9 day journeys, I now receive mail within 1 to 2 days of the U.S. Postal Service postmark.

Observers may revisit the introductory paragraphs about Mr. Scaggs’ deceit. “Pillars of the community” like Roch Capital purposely chose cheat David Scaggs.

All do-gooders like David Scaggs list “community suport” on their websites. Posers should define “active” support because marketing ploys nauseate the public.

    Do their “supporters” condone grift?

Ryan Greene rises to originality with his ruthlessness. Mr. Greene decided to use the police as a weapon to alarm me.

On Friday, October 24, 2025, I submitted my first (of several forthcoming complaints) about the Pennsylvania State Police. Indubitably, I’m following the same recourse with Ryan Greene et al.

I attached a copy of the first complaint below about the Pennsylvania State Police,

Racists enjoy hassling Black people. Ryan Greene knew that I would be working from home at the time of the incident. Mr. Greene has seen me countless times running quick errands on a break (with the alarm on my phone ringing) between shifts.

I must be clear. White people have never been and will not ever be a problem. Due to the history of our country, people might default to “White people,” but I dichotomize White people from racists. The people whom I label racist, including Ryan Greene, attorneys would dissect in court due to family trees of racial bias/racial hatred to which they cling. From aversive racism to extremism, racism is racism.

Racists spitefully try to sabotage Black people (as Ryan Greene filed for eviction) while giving preferential treatment to White tenants and forgoing eviction on White tenants, guilty of offenses for which they should be evicted.

Readers may revisit item 1 and item 2 in my September 9, 2025 post.

WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED TO ME IF I HAD OPENED THE DOOR FOR THE POLICE?

The troopers were a low-down representation of police officers, most of whom are heroes. Plagued with the vitriol of racists, those troopers subscribe to the “get dem n*ggers” hate that pleases bullies like Ryan Greene.

As fun as it is to terrorize a 60-year-old woman, I wish Mr. Greene had the same courage with men. A former front desk agent Derek, sans hyperbole, is the largest man I have ever seen. When Derek sneezed, 41-year-old Ryan Greene ran.

Guests routinely smoke marijuana in their cars. The elevators smell like Snoop Dogg lives here. If I ran a meth lab from my room, I would be Home2 Suites’ most popular guest, but Mr. Greene attacks me. Home2 Suites, under Mr. Greene’s management, is The Comedy of Errors.

Online reputation management and numberless reviews from “friends” of Home2 Suites legitimize the hotel. In the last week, the former drug-dealing lowlife daughter (of the tenant in item 2 of my September 9, 2025 post) A*****n P, involved in the death of a customer, “coincidentally” wrote a 5-star review after I launched my website.

The audio/video of the October 24, 2025 incident will show the public the “battering ram” force with which the troopers knocked on my door. The history of policing lies in slave patrols, and those troopers relished the torment.

I write my current blog in diary format, but I will change the layout when the legal matters close. I will add audio/video to that blog.

For the last few years, I watched my mother perish with dementia. She passed two months ago, and Ryan Greene finds this abuse appropriate.

The corporal from the Pennsylvania State Police, with whom I spoke later in the evening, said that Mr. Greene insisted that I was at home, so the police continued to “knock.”

FIRST LODGED COMPLAINT ABOUT THE PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE

At my landlord’s Ryan Greene’s (from Home2 Suites Glen Mills, PA) request, on Friday Oct 24, 2025 12:04pm, the Pennsylvania State Police (Media, PA) began banging on my door and calling my full name in a public hallway. With lawful technology in my suite, I captured the entire episode.

Calling the abuse and harassment a disgrace does not capture the entirety of the abuse of power by both the police and my landlord Ryan Greene. Banging does not fully describe the “knocking” on my door. It sounded like the police were using a battering ram to break down my door. Terrorized, I had expected the door to fall to the floor.

Please keep in mind. This is not a criminal matter. I am embroiled in a legal battle with Ryan Greene. Mr. Greene weaponized the police to terrify me, a 60-year-old Black woman. I am taking appropriate legal action against the Pennsylvania State Police and Mr. Greene. Mr. Greene knows that I work from home at all hours; he involved the police as an attempt to get me fired, with this abject intimidation.

Without perjuring himself, Mr. Greene cannot deny that he knows that I work from home, so irrefutably, the attempt to have me fired was intentional.

When I release the audio/video to the public, they will be just as upset as I am due to the excessiveness of a “battering ram” method for a visit from the police. In this email, I will not expound on the detriment to my Psyche.

You should also know that when I tried to file a complaint with the police, Officer W*****d refused to release the officers’ names, and he hung up on me twice.

Thank goodness for 21st technology that exposes police abuse and my landlord’s Ryan Greene’s comfort with using the police as a weapon. I hope the police have video that shows that they routinely attempt to break down White people’s doors when “they want to talk with them.” The misconduct suggests racial intimidation, and the public will agree.

Terrorists use their (ersatz) power to intimidate, and cowards bully women. In this melee of legal battles, Ryan Greene has not yet realized that legal matters include his former director of sales Rebecca Noble Good.

Ryan Greene is “that guy” who dates his staff. Women, be mindful.

Mr. Greene now owns a home with Rebecca Good, his former employee whom authorities will question.

  • I APPEALED THE SEPTEMBER 10, 2025 EVICTION.

    September 29, 2025 10:46pm

General manager Ryan Greene, on behalf of Newport Hospitality Group and owners Roch Capital, continues his reign of cruelty.

How deranged is Ryan Greene, with whom Newport Hospitality Group and Roch Capital agree?

I rescued my nearly 19-year-old dog when he was two. Diagnosed with heart disease 3 1/2 years ago, he still thrives. Ryan Greene and almost everyone who has worked at Home 2 Suites know my “Guinness Book of World Records” dog and his medical and food regimen that require refrigeration.

At 3:46pm Saturday, September 27, 2025, I emailed Ryan Greene. Two and a half days later, Mr. Greene has not responded.

    Hello Ryan,

*****n just left a message. She said that *****e is not available until Tue 9/30, and ****s is not available.

I have determined that there are two bad outlets in my room, and one is impacting the fridge.

I was trying to schedule an appt for tomorrow to keep food and meds safe. It’s imperative that the outlets are fixed tomorrow, especially due to ****’s heart meds. That’s critical.

Please do not suggest that I store them elsewhere (another fridge) on the property because I have every reason to feel that option is unsafe. Equally important, it’s not practical that any guest is denied maintenance for 2 days.

Can you please have a technician available tomorrow with whom I can coordinate with my work schedule?

    Thank you

Medication should not leave anyone’s sight, and Ryan Greene is untrustworthy.

Mr. Greene could have sent any staff member to my room, and despite my age at 60, I would have helped move the refrigerator to connect an extension cord to another outlet.

Losing $100 in groceries of which I have pics is awful. But I have my dog’s supplies in rotating bags of ice because Ryan Greene has not replied despite the emergency.

    UPDATE: November 4, 2025

In the last week, my dog had his annual blood work. As I sat in the waiting area, one of the vet techs remarked about the great care that I extend. I thanked her, and we laughed…because it’s expensive but necessary.

Today, his veterinarian called to say that his blood panel is fine, and it shows that I regularly give him his medication.

Do not mistake the deviousness with which Ryan Greene slithers. Mr. Greene disregarded a timely repair on my refrigerator, knowing I need that cold storage for my dog’s food and meds.

Mr. Greene sends front desk agents to guest rooms for repairs, including clogged toilets. He could have sent an agent to slightly move the fridge to connect it to an extension cord for another outlet.

Scholars offer that racism is a mental health issue. Mr. Greene’s decisions reflect psychopathology.
