Black people live everywhere, and we excel in all disciplines and sports. But Ryan Greene’s racist agenda relies on statistics to pursue guests at Home2 Suites Glen Mills.

As irrefutable records prove, Ryan Greene’s Group Sales efforts lie in pursuing sports teams (baseball, lacrosse, swimming, field hockey, and ice hockey), colleges, and regions in Upstate Pennsylvania, Appalachia, the South, and the Midwest, which yield White guests. And he succeeds in his determination.

Of course, Ryan Greene has not ever discussed his ideal demographic and policies that drastically lower the odds of Black guests at Home2 Suites Glen Mills through Group Sales: sports teams, wedding parties, reunions, and other social functions.

At court hearings and arbitrations, I await attorneys and authorities from state and federal agencies reinforcing Mr. Greene’s racist upbringing and history that shaped his decisions to pursue Group Sales guests by race, to deny my request for rental terms similar to the White family of six (6), and to evict by race.

Thank goodness for transcripts.

Over six years, Ryan Greene has allowed multiple White tenants to remain at Home2 Suites Glen Mills without eviction despite past due balances, destruction of property, and overcrowded rooms. During these six years, Mr. Greene has evicted only two tenants for late rent; both are Black.

Ryan Greene filed for eviction while my mother was dying in hospice, and he evicted me one month after her death.

Observers should revisit my September 9, 2025 post about two different sets of miscreants whom Ryan Greene placed in remarkable circumstances to elude eviction, including the deadbeat from item 2 in my September 9, 2025 post, who robbed her previous landlord of $13,000 in rent.

While the two evicted Black tenants face an uncertain future, the White family of six (6), to whom Ryan Greene bestowed outrageous rental terms, enjoy an extended two-week holiday vacation.

FROM MY SEPTEMBER 9, 2025 POST ABOUT THE FAMILY OF SIX (6) WHO OWN A HOME IN WEST VIRGINIA AND TWO NEWER SUVs.

“A White family of 6 has lived at Home2 Suites for over five and a half years.

General manager Ryan Greene has given the family, mother, father, three teenage girls, and one nine-year old boy, a 50% rent discount by allowing the family to rent one (1) 455-squ ft room instead of the two (2) required rooms.

Over five and a half years, Ryan Greene has extended at least $300,000 in savings, by allowing the family to rent one (1) room instead of two (2), without regard for local ordinances, health codes, and their hotel policy, exceeding 4 guests in one room at 455-squ ft.

People can find themselves in desperate circumstances, but the family owns a home in West Virginia. The parents, originally from Columbus, OH, chose to isolate the family in a tiny town in West Virginia away from “undesirables,”… “Blacks,” “gays,” and “illegals.” When the father could not find work there, he did the responsible thing: moving East and cramming his family of six in a small hotel room.

Despite high income, the father squeezes his family of six into a hotel room, sacrificing his children’s welfare and education. How successful is homeschooling four children in 455 squ ft, which they share with their parents?

Working in New Jersey (the 2nd wealthiest state in the nation), living in Pennsylvania, using a West Virginia address (one of the five poorest states in the country), the father has defrauded state/federal agencies and privately held companies.

Despite home ownership, the father stuffs his family of 6 in 455 squ ft, and for 5 1/2 years, Ryan Greene and Newport Hospitality Group have weirdly stood behind this deleteriousness. Because Ryan Greene is as tactful as a carnival barker, he has told me that the family “pays their rent in advance.”

Most people would pay their rent before the due date if Ryan Greene had granted a 50% rent discount as he has with that family of six.

The family takes vacations every year because the family is not poor. But Ryan Greene and Newport Hospitality Group enable the parents’ shoving their children in a box.”
