I APPEALED THE SEPTEMBER 10, 2025 EVICTION.

September 29, 2025 10:46pm

General manager Ryan Greene, on behalf of Newport Hospitality Group and owners Roch Capital, continues his reign of cruelty.

How deranged is Ryan Greene, with whom Newport Hospitality Group and Roch Capital agree?

I rescued my nearly 19-year-old dog when he was two. Diagnosed with heart disease 3 1/2 years ago, he still thrives. Ryan Greene and almost everyone who has worked at Home 2 Suites know my “Guinness Book of World Records” dog and his medical and food regimen that require refrigeration.

At 3:46pm Saturday, September 27, 2025, I emailed Ryan Greene. Two and a half days later, Mr. Greene has not responded.

Hello Ryan,

*****n just left a message. She said that *****e is not available until Tue 9/30, and ****s is not available.

I have determined that there are two bad outlets in my room, and one is impacting the fridge.

I was trying to schedule an appt for tomorrow to keep food and meds safe. It’s imperative that the outlets are fixed tomorrow, especially due to ****’s heart meds. That’s critical.

Please do not suggest that I store them elsewhere (another fridge) on the property because I have every reason to feel that option is unsafe. Equally important, it’s not practical that any guest is denied maintenance for 2 days.

Can you please have a technician available tomorrow with whom I can coordinate with my work schedule?

Thank you

Medication should not leave anyone’s sight, and Ryan Greene is untrustworthy.

Mr. Greene could have sent any staff member to my room, and despite my age at 60, I would have helped move the refrigerator to connect an extension cord to another outlet.

Losing $100 in groceries of which I have pics is awful. But I have my dog’s supplies in rotating bags of ice because Ryan Greene has not replied despite the emergency.

UPDATE: November 4, 2025

In the last week, my dog had his annual blood work. As I sat in the waiting area, one of the vet techs remarked about the great care that I extend. I thanked her, and we laughed…because it’s expensive but necessary.

Today, his veterinarian called to say that his blood panel is fine, and it shows that I regularly give him his medication.

Do not mistake the deviousness with which Ryan Greene slithers. Mr. Greene disregarded a timely repair on my refrigerator, knowing I need that cold storage for my dog’s food and meds.

Mr. Greene sends front desk agents to guest rooms for repairs, including clogged toilets. He could have sent an agent to slightly move the fridge to connect it to an extension cord for another outlet.

Scholars offer that racism is a mental health issue. Mr. Greene’s decisions reflect psychopathology.
